HIGHER -

  • Kindred Biosciences (KIN) and Elanco (ELAN) up 44% and 4%, respectively, after the parties entered into a definitive agreement for Elanco to acquire all outstanding stock of Kindred Biosciences at a price of $9.25 per share, or approximately $440M
  • SPI Energy (SPI) up 22% after announcing its wholly owned Phoenix Motorcars subsidiary launched a full range of EV charging products for the U.S. market
  • MannKind (MNKD) up 7% after the company and United Therapeutics (UTHR) announced that the FDA accepted for priority review of the New Drug Application for Tyvaso DPI for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease
  • Arrival (ARVL) up 12% amid rising WallStreetBets focus
  • Forward (FORD) up 18% after announcing an agreement with Chipolo to distribute its tracker products in the U.S., via exclusive distribution agreements with select big box stores and other retailers

  • MagnaChip (MX) down 7% after disclosing a Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States order to delay completion of its merger agreement
  • BioNTech (BNTX) down 2% after Redburn analyst Simon Baker downgraded shares to Sell from Neutral with a fair value estimate of $146
  • Inhibikase Therapeutics (IKT) down 23% after 15M share secondary priced at $3.00
  • Roblox (RBLX) down 11% after reporting that May daily active users were 43M, up 28% from May of last year, but down 1% from April
